How Is RTT Different To Traditional Hypnosis & Talk Therapies?
Traditionally when a person is hypnotised, they would tell the therapist their ‘issue’, for example ‘anxiety’. The therapist would discuss this a little then under hypnosis, give positive suggestions. During an RTT session, we go much more in depth and not only target the issue as it currently, but work to find out where it started. Once you understand a problem, it's easier to fix!
The key difference in RTT is ‘Root Cause Therapy’
Your amazing subconscious mind brought the habit, behaviour, physical ailment etc into your life at some point, therefore, that same amazing mind has the ability to send it away again! Together we work to find out why you needed to bring a coping mechanism into your life.
